Dake was contracted by Wilmington’s parent company to be the general contractor for this high end conference/meeting center.  Working with electrical, HVAC, sprinkler, millwork, and glass contractors this job came together with the highest measures of quality and safety.  R.W. Dake self performed all of the carpentry, taping and painting aspects of this job.

Dake was subcontracted to build a complex series of walls and ceilings within a new wing of the museum.  This was a very complex job that involved high work between concrete panels, multiple wall types, fire doors, offices and a board room.  This is world class facility that demanded the highest of quality and safety.

Dake was subcontracted to construct multiple clean rooms for a large publicly traded firm that has an R&D facility in Rochester, NY.  These photos illustrate the infrastructure of the walls and ceilings.  While completed project photographs were not permitted this project required extensive clean room protocols through out the entire installation.

R.W. Dake was retained by a millwork manufacturer to install booths, bars, countertops and other millwork in this high end sports bar located in downtown Buffalo. A very high profile job with a tight schedule.

R.W. Dake was hired to repaint this existing conference center for a major retailer headquartered in Rochester, NY.  This particular job had an extremely tight deadline between events was executed flawlessly.

R.W. Dake was recently subcontracted to retrofit a 200,000 square-foot building from an old engine plant into a state-of-the-art battery plant. R.W. Dake will be installing approximately 120,000 square feet.

R.W. Dake was subcontracted to build this large cleanroom within an international defense contractor’s Rochester facility.  An intricate job that required extensive cleanroom protocols and strict safety requirements.

R.W. Dake was subcontracted to install the millwork surrounding the elementary school stage.  The prefabricated panels and doors were installed within a few weeks.

First Niagara Bank

Working with Ciminelli Development, we were able to successfully complete a conversion from a kiosk type drive through ATM machine to a stand alone drive-up ATM, in one business day.

Dake was subcontracted to retrofit a 100,000 + SF building into a new production facility and corporate offices for a large defense contractor with a large presence in Rochester, NY.  The project involved all new walls, ceilings, data centers, and a high end lobby.  At the time, this was one of the largest single projects in our fifty-five year history.
